Skywatch® Wind Alert
This instrument has been designed to warn of wind speeds that are dangerous for the safety of people and property.
Main features of Skywatch Wind Alert :
- A propeller multidirectional which measures the wind horizontally and vertically (including turbulence behind an obstacle).
- If the programmed limits are exceeded, this is indicated by orange (pre-alarm) and red (alarm) LEDs and a loud audible signal.
- On-site installation in seconds on tubes or structures up to 40 mm thick.
- Clamp with ball joint for fixing.
- Pre-alarm and alarm levels and times can be programmed by connecting to a PC with dedicated software.
- Alarms are recorded and dated
- Long battery life: 2 years continuous use, low battery indicator, automatic switch-off when stored in its box.
- Robust, weatherproof casing.
- Designed and manufactured in Switzerland.

Risk of instability and structures falling.

Materials handling
Hazardous operating conditions for equipment.

Suspension bridges
Risk to pedestrians crossing the road.
Alarm level programmer and data logger
The menus are in English:
The configuration software supplied allows you to set the levels and duration of the visual and audible alarms. These settings are transmitted to Wind Alert via a USB cable (supplied). Once programmed, Wind Alert retains its data until it is programmed again. The software can also be used to retrieve a time-stamped log of all recorded alarms.
- Define and set pre-alarm and alarm thresholds.
- Set the duration of audible and visual alerts.
- Read and export alarm history data.
- Compatible with Windows 10 and later versions.
- List of pre-alarms and alarms in CSV format.

Skywatch® WWS
This instrument has been developed to protect people and property that are or may be subject to high winds.
It consists of 2 components:

Skywatch® WWS is particularly recommended for :
Four values can trigger the alarm. These values can be determined on the rising or falling edge and the alarm duration can be set for each alarm.
There are four relay outputs in kits 2 and 3 (described below). The idle state of each relay can be selected between no (open) and nc (closed). The user can assign a relay output to each alarm.
